Recipe of the Week: Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper Soup with Zucchini and Corn

Try a soup you can make and serve for any season but only take a total of 55 minutes.   Complex, not at all.  Italian Squash and Bell Peppers are some of the ingredients you shopped for last week at a P.O.W.W.O.W. market.
